We hear and agree that to make our life positive and joyful, we must always think positive.Isn't it?But how many of us actually implement it in our lives.
Most of us think that how can we be positive when there are negative thoughts and things happening around us.Obviously, we can not alter our thinking or way of life overnight.But if we go step by step, then it will be an easier task to develop positive attitude, positive mind,positive thoughts,positive feelings and positive life.

First, get rid of negative thoughts of yourself and others too
.Negative thoughts of other people also affect you in one or another.Their negative thoughts and attitude affect your thoughts and thus your actions which again lead to negative life.So to make way for a postitive life you must ensure that you no more think any negative thoughts and you are not close to negative people.
You have to aware of your thoughts, popsitive or negative, then take time to analyse the thoughts and feelings.This way you can easily make aout the reasons for your thoughts.So when everytime, a negative thought pop up then slowly discard it and change it with constuctive and positive thought.
Second,change your attitude.
You have to change the outlook towards the world, people or nature.There are sections of people who always find mistake in others.So you have to change this attitude.Be responsible for your attitude, feelings and actions.Nobody is perfect but you can be near to perfect one if you try to perfect positive in your thoughts.Always use positive words while talking with others, personally or professionally.
Third, start your day with affirmations.
Make a habit of always starting your day with positve affirmations.An affirmation is a positive statement that something is already happening.For example, if you start your day by saying "I M HAPPY".then you are oncorporating this thought and feeling in your subconsious mind and you will be surrounded by the positive aura of this thought.
Fourth, cleanse yourself.
Very unusual to hear this. how can we cleanse our innerself. very simple, meditate.Meditation not only help you to remain calm but also it will be help to move in a positive direction. just sit in with a closed eyes and imagine yourself having pour the divine yellow light from the universe into your crown to the third eye to the heart and to the base chakra. Imagine that you are throwing out every negative particle from your body out.Imagine that this yellow light is cleansing you from within and radiating you and making you glow from outside.
Last but not the least, read inspirational books or listen positve and motivational talks.
Reading inspirational books will not only motivate you to be in a postive mood but will inspire you to inspre others too. be in company of people who are postive.
