Daily Affirmation are meant to keep you in positive frame of mind.There are so many affirmations which we can say daily so that our mind remain calm, positive and focused.
  Afffirmations are basically saying things just like chanting mantras to self, aloud or in silence, so that we can remined ourselves what we want. Some people say affirmation in the morning to start their day with positivity and determination, and some people say affirmation as n when they feel negative or they wish to be focused on the positive energy of the life and day.
 
      There are affirmation for each and every situation of life. It could be used for being successful, to remain positive, to forgive, to forget, to have any particular thing,to meditate,to remain focused on  desires and   so on.
                       

Sometimes we are so upset with the past situation or people that we tend to look into it again and again and thereby leading a negative and baggaged life.First we have to learn to forgive and forget those situation or people.
   
     "Forgive those who may have hurt me so that I may now move forward in life towards happier times."

   We have heard thousands times to forgive and forget. but do we actually keep up?  no! Its not easy to forgive and above all forget.But we have to. we cannot live with the baggage of negative thoughts.Hurt  and hate feelings give u negative energy.Negative thoughts keeps on multiplying and thereby drain all our energies.So to get rid of negative thought just say to self to be happy "I have to forgive and forget", then see the magic, you will really forget it and definetly will be ready to forgive also.

            You know, if u dont forgive and keeps on talking about it or u cling on to it, then actually u r calling more emotional misery to self.If we recall it, it will hurt again.If we talk about it,it will hurt again.So u r hurting yourself more than the other has caused you that grief.So you are suffering more because you are multiplying it.


So likewise, there are many affirmation which can actually boost up your daily routine.I regularly post affirmation on twitter.
