Your Journey

 

From dawn to dusk, we live a chaotic life. Life full of work, tension, pressure, uncertainty, insecurity.... restless life.
   
     We have everything in life, house, food, clothes, children, work but still feel the void in our life. There is a feeling of emptiness.sometimes we just feel a need to getaway, run away from our daily chores.
  so in order to run away we take a holiday and start a physical journey to a place. But when we come back.. the same feeling creeps in again. we cannot take holiday  every now and then. so?

             when we are in quest of peace... we dont have to walk away.... we must walk within.

We dont have to run from pillar to post, we just have to walk freely within ourselves.we need to find peace in ourselves. we just need few minutes of our day to reach where we can find peace and serene.

 we are the journey in ourselves.It is our mind that can take us to places.let our soul find its destination.let our spirit takes controll.let go of the day today thoughts and find a beautiful place where our soul can fly.we can then radiate love and abundance in our life.

For this soul journey, just close your eyes, and let your soul walk.imagine you are leaving your body, leaving your house, going thru the traffic, through the forest... where the  birds are chirping, green trees welcoming you and taking you along.Imagine the place where you want to sit. surround yourself with nature.feel the warmth. breeze that touches you. leave all your worry and come back radiant.


You will no longer feel to run away  but you will love the divine chaos. you will embrace it everyway.

"Take inventory of your life, and resolve to change or heal anything that's unbalanced"

We tend to cry over pity issues, situations, circumstances and we blame all others for our discomfort, be it bad luck, destiny, others mistake..... but had we actually blame our pattern of life...no.

In fact it is our unbalanced way of life which come across as a problem to us.

I think it takes a lot  of courage to look into ourselves. we all think that we are perfect, we are positive, optimistic, kind, helpful but if we look deep inside into us with compassion then we will definetly learn from our life's review and will grow in ourselves.

Taking inventory of your life will help you to determine where you stand now and where your graph is moving.Is it going upward or downward.

Taking inventory of your life is a vital exercise if you really want to improve your quality of life, attitude towards life and reaching your goal.

I think it is like cleaning the clutter which we keep on pile up inside us.

You will come across your strength and weakness while doing this practice.
you will be happy about your accomplishments and the same time you will be sad as you will recall bad experiences.

Now. how do we do our own review?

Simple, take a test for yourself. prepare questionnaire and answer it with honesty.nobody is going to see your test except you ....First you have to think where you stand now ,your feelings, your emotions, your happiness, joy, anger, anxiety, frustration,.... 
Ask yourself about your accomplishments, your goal, your relationship, your work.
Think about all the minor or major things or events which make you happy or sad, angry or forgiving, satisfying or dissatisfying.then thank god for what you have got till date.
Now time to change things, cross out the things which made you sad, angry or dissatisfied and only read the haapy, forgiving and satisfying events of your life. You have actually change your emotions, feelings and now you are feeling more happy and content.
 Think of what change you need in your life, relationship or work. and try to bring it in a practice.

If there is any issue then review it, why it had occured, look for reasons inside you as the answer is within you.If you change your life's pattern that are unbalanced then you will meet your own new.

 Taking regular invetory of your life is worth the effort. You will keep on evolving.clean deep.

Talk with the Self

  We keep on talking... talking and talking....
     
                 We talk with others, we talk about others, we talk about our happiness, misery,problems, solutions...  we talk on facebook, on blogs, infact anywhere we can get a chance to talk....oh god... we just keep on talking.....

              But have u ever had a talk with the self......

Infact all of us self talk.. but we dont realize it and so we just ignore it. It happens automatically and without any of our effort.self talk refers to talking in your own head.Actually only few of us take time to think what we say to ourselves.

Talking with the self or in silence helps a lot.It affects our thoughts, feelings and opinion.It is our map... if we follow it correctly we will reach to our correct destination. It is the internal monitoring system.It helps you you to take a tab on where you stand now.. and where you want to be.


                    Its not only about the goal in life but its important to have a self talk in our daily routine to develop positive mindset.most of the self talk are negative in nature,this has to transform first.Give way for positive talks. Never talk with the thought..I cant do.. replace it I will give it a try...ofcourse for positive reason:)

    Self talk can be done in many ways.some talk with themselves via making a journal, or painting or just by thinking aloud.what matters is what we talk.Our self is our adviser.Learn to manage our own adviser.Feed self with positive thoughts and surround yourself with positive and inspiring people.

 Positive Self talk can help you to uplift your self esteem and boost your confidence.You will get all your answers. You will feel rejuvenated. No longer you have to depend on others to listen to you.make your own innervoice your own guide and you will not let down.

                  For me talking to myself is more a listening than  speaking.so hear your head and heart out.Listen what you want to say to yourself.Change the way you live for others and live it the way you want.

                          For a healthy living, eat right, walk right and talk to yourself right.
